Introduction:

Dr. Jashan Vishwanath is one of the leading Orthopaedic & Joint Replacement surgeons of Mumbai. He has been practicing Orthopaedic Surgery for close to 24 years and has been extensively trained in India & abroad. He did his postgraduation from Delhi from the prestigious Maulana Azad Medical College. He is Fellowship trained at Inselspital, Switzerland & National University Hospital, Singapore & Singapore General Hospital. In fact he is one of the very few University Fellowship trained joint replacement surgeons in Mumbai. Dr Vishwanath has also visited other countries as a visiting surgeon. He has number of publications in peer reviewed International & National Orthoapedic  journals of repute including the likes of Journal of Arthroplasty.

Dr. Vishwanath has already performed more than 2500 successful joint replacement surgeries till date. He is actively involved in the postgraduate teaching program of DNB students. His current interests involve results of total knee replacement, Osteonecrosis around the knee & Gait in Osteoarthritic Knees.
