Introduction:

Dr. Sudheer Ambekar has been associated with Jaslok Hospital since 2015. He completed MBBS from JIPMER, Pondicherry followed by neurosurgical training from NIMHANS, Bangalore. He has also trained at LSUHSC-Shreveport and University of Miami under the tutelage of Dr. Anil Nanda and Dr. Roberto Heros.

Dr. Ambekar received gold medal in Pediatrics and Orthopedics during his MBBS training and was awarded the best outgoing neurosurgery resident for the year 2011.

He has published more than 80 papers in peer reviewed journals and text books and is actively involved in clinical and translational research.
