I am Passionate about Maternal child and Nutrition . Want to help all mothers to achieve their breastfeeding goals.
We all agree that breastfeeding plays an integral role in mother and baby’s life not only in terms of nutrition but also in nurture & care and Emotional well begin of the dyad.
For infants, breastfeeding provides them an optimal nutrition and health, growth and development (both cognitive and physical) and first step towards reaching and attaining its fullest genetical potential.
For mother – breastfeeding provides equal number of health benefits. It helps mother to bond to their babies thus providing tremendous joy and satisfaction of being good mother leading to lifelong memorable experience. It also prevents mother from having guilt feeling of formula and bottle feeding to their babies.
As Healthy plant, gives healthy fruits, healthy seed and next generation healthy sapling and plant , so is the mother – healthy mother healthy child , healthy adult , healthy future parent so on ….
