Paediatric Nephrology Clinic

Established in 2005, the Paediatric Nephrology Clinic is a specialised centre within Jaslok Hospital that focuses on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of kidney-related diseases and conditions in children. At the Paediatric Nephrology Clinic, the team of specialists works collaboratively to provide comprehensive care to children with a wide range of kidney-related conditions, including acute and chronic kidney disease, nephrotic syndrome, urinary tract infections, congenital anomalies of the kidney and urinary tract, kidney stones, glomerulonephritis, and electrolyte disorders.

At Jaslok Hospital, the care goes beyond operations and medical management. 2 years ago, the clinic established a separate kidney transplant follow-up clinic for children to advise the parents & family who have undergone kidney transplants so that they can take good care of the donor and the child.
