Introduction:

Dr Prerna Gomes has done her M.B.B.S & M.D. Anaesthesia from Government Medical College Nagpur in 1991. She is the Additional Director, Department of Anaesthesia at  Jaslok Hospital since 2017. Dr Gomes has done a Certified Course on Program for Internal Counsellors on Implementation of NABH Hospital Standards in 2014 and Head of Department Anaesthesia since 2012. She is given the recognition as a Prominent Alumni of Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital Administration from Tata Institute of Social Sciences Mumbai. She is actively involved in teaching and running the D.N.B program for post graduate students in Anesthesia.
