Introduction:

Dr. Aparna Budhakar is a Senior Anaesthestist with 27 years of experience. She is also an AHA accrediated BLS & ACLS instructor. Dr. Budhakar has organised and co-organised many conferences, CME’s and workshops. She is a certified Ornithologist from Bombay Natural History Society. Faculty of Art of Living and also conducts regular Online meditation and breath workshops, yoga and wellness workshops.

Dr. Aparna has conducted numerous Stress management sessions for Medical, Paramedical staff, Rotary clubs, IMA, Indian Navy and patients suffering from Cancer and Parkinson’s disease.
