Dr Abhijeet Savadekar started his medical career from Govt. Medical College, Miraj, and completed his orthopaedic training in Mumbai. He honed his skills in arthroscopic surgery (Keyhole surgery of Joints) at KEM Hospital. He went on to earn subspecialty fellowship training in Shoulder at Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Centre in Israel; followed by a traveling fellowship at University College Hospital, London. He subsequently pursued Diploma in Sports Medicine with International Olympic Committee in  Switzerland. Apart from conventional orthopaedic trauma surgery, Dr Savadekar is specialized in arthroscopy of the knee, shoulder, ankle, hip, and elbow joints and open surgery of shoulder and knee joints including reconstruction surgery. He always keeps himself updated with the cutting-edge advancements of his specialty.
