Introduction:

Dr Manek Kutar is a dedicated and experienced Consultant Gastroenterologist, Hepatologist and Therapeutic Endoscopist with a strong clinical background in diagnosing and managing a wide spectrum of gastrointestinal  disorders. With a patient-centered approach and a commitment to evidence-based practice, he specializes in the management of conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), chronic liver disease, gastrointestinal bleeding, gastrointestinal malignancies, pancreatic disorders and functional bowel disorders.

His areas of expertise include diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, including upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, PEG tube insertions, Feeding tube insertions, stricture dilatations and polypectomies with additional proficiency in advanced interventions where applicable. Dr Manek Kutar has a particular interest in liver diseases including transplant hepatology and is a vital part of the Liver transplant team at our hospital. 

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr Kutar actively contributes to medical education, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical research. He is committed to staying at the forefront of gastroenterological advancements and continuously enhancing service delivery and patient outcomes.
