Jaslok-FertilTree International Fertility Centre has been the cause of 20000 Smiles over 33 years

Jaslok Hospital and Research Centre, a leading multi-specialty hospital in Mumbai is well known for launching the latest technologies and interventions in different areas of the Medical Field. One such is the fertility center FerilTree. They have successfully treated 20000 patients over a period of 33 years. Recently on 3rd May, 2022, Pooja and Abhishek Patil became proud parents to a baby girl. This is the 20000th baby announced by the Jaslok-FertilTree International Centre. While both struggled with infertility issues for a while, it was the doctors at Jaslok-FertilTree and their advanced expertise in ICSI that gave this couple the joy of being parents for the first time. 

The center was one of the first IVF centers in India and over the years, has had several distinctions such as birthing the 1st ICSI baby in India, the first pregnancy in the world with Cumulus Aided Transfer, the first pregnancy in India with Testicular Sperm, the first pregnancy in India for Kartagener's Syndrome, Several firsts in the field of Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Translocation and for monogenic disorders to name a few. Currently, they are proud to be having a high success rate when it comes to the delivery of babies free of Thalassemia. The Department is also the first in India to introduce Artificial Intelligence for improving pregnancy rates by capturing static pictures of embryos.
