Follow these simple steps for your Check-Up:

• Health Check-ups are conducted with prior appointments only. Please observe the appointment time to ensure a smooth health checkup.
• 12 hours fasting is essential prior to the check-up. However, it is fine to drink small amount of water to stay hydrated.
• You are requested to bring samples of urine & stool when you come for the check-up. Containers for the same can be collected from the department in advance.
• Additional tests/ Investigations/ Procedures/ Consultations can be provided at request or if required. The same will be billed separately from the package.
• Wear loose clothing, no jewellery (necklaces/ chains) and easily removable footwear.
• If your diabetic, avoid taking your insulin injections/ anti-diabetic tablets in the morning of your health check-up. Please carry your insulin/ anti-diabetic tablets which you can have before or after your breakfast in the hospital. Other regular medication can be taken as instructed by the doctor. Please carry your regular medication with you when you come for the check-up.
• Please bring your previous (1-3 years) medical records. Additionally, if you have any medical accessories like glasses, hearing aid, please bring them with you as well for the check-up.
• Please carry your ophthalmic medicines, if any, and do not wear your contact lenses while coming for the health check-up.
• Inform the Health Check-up Department in advance if you want any additional investigations or consultations to be done so that we can schedule your appointments for the same.
• Kindly inform us in case of cancellation or postponement, at least 24 hours in advance. 
• Doctor Consultation to be done within 20 days of the tests conducted
