Kindly arrive at the appointment time at the Health Check-Up Department, located on the 3rd Floor on the North side.
Please remember to bring a valid photo ID card for registration purpose
Corporate clients are required to bring the original credit letter froom their respective companies
Please wear comfortable attire, footwear and avoid jewellery on the day of the health check-up
Except for specialized findings, reports will be available the day following your health check-up; in the event of a Sunday or Public Holiday, they will be available the following day

Health Check-Up Guidelines:
Fast for at least 12 hours before your appointment, sips of water and regular medication can be continued. Avoid fatty meals and meat the night before
If you are a diabetic, cardiac, or hypertension patient, or have recently suffered from an illness or fever, kindly iinform the Executive Health Check-Up (EHC) reception in advance
Bring all your current medications and medical records for any known medical condition
Avoid exercising on the morning of your health check-up
Do not consume alcohol or nicotine 24 hours prior to your appointment
If you are scheduled for a Dexa/ Bone Densitometry Test, do not take calcium supplements containing calcium salt for 24 hours before the test
If you are scheduled for a Spirometry/ Pulmonary Function Test, avoid using inhalers on the same day morning prior to the test, unless advised otherwise by your prescribing physician
If you wear contact lenses, discontinue use for 24 hours prior to your appointment and bring your latest number spectacles to be evaluated by the eye specialist
Clean the wax from your ears prior to Audiometry
Please note that there may be a short waiting time for each test as per your selected package
The entire process may take a minimum of 4-5 hours
Women:
To ensure accurate results, we recommend scheduling your appointment approximately 1 week after the last day of your menstrual cycle
If you are pregnant or suspect that you may be pregnant, it is important to avoid getting any X-rays or mammography done. Please inform the Executive Health Check-Up (EHC) reception in advance about your pregnancy status
For patients above the age of 40 or as per individual requirements, mammography is advised
