Introduction:

Dr. Samrat Shah is a Consultant Internist and Metabolic Specialist practising in Mumbai for the last 10+ years. He is available for consultation at Sonal Clinic in Walkeshwar. He is also a well-known Consultant Physician at Bhatia Hospital (Tardeo), a Panel Consultant at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital (J Mehta Road) and Saifee Hospital (Charni Road), and an Honorary Consultant at Cumballa Hill Hospital (Kemps Corner).
Dr. Shah has on registration about 450 diabetic patients at his clinic, who are followed up with on a regular basis and called for investigation periodically. A charitable OPD is also conducted on diabetes and its management, where requisite investigations are done with prior registration.
Dr. Shah has vast experience in infectious diseases and metabolic diseases. During his MD training at JJ Hospital, he served as Registrar of the Diabetic clinic, Endocrinology clinic and Neurology clinic for six months each by rotation, and also as Chief Registrar of the CCU and MICU for three months. Earlier, he was posted as Medical Officer appointed by the Government of Maharashtra for the year 2001-2002 at Raigadh district.
